When I do yoga, I like to be completely focused — no distractions allowed. Luckily, we have an amazing lofted space in our apartment that PERFECTLY fits a yoga mat. I decided to transform this space into a little area just for yoga. It is the perfect place to come to at the end of the day…I jokingly call it my yoga sanctuary.
I’ve basically filled this little spot with all the things I love: books, candles, flowers, and tea. Photos below, along with a shopping guide for creating your own sanctuary!

love this – looks + particularly the idea of setting aside a corner of the room – like an altar to goodness! also – love Go Tell a Watchman book on your shelf – did you finish yet?

Thanks for commenting! Yes — an altar to goodness is a great way of thinking of it! I finished the book a while back…I wasn’t crazy about it. Did you finish it?
