I am horrible at shopping for spring and summer clothes. I love black, I love tights, I love hats, I love coats, I love scarves, etc., etc. Come summer, I always rotate through the same outfits. For real — I have around 50 outfits catalogued in my Stylebook for spring and summer. I have over 200 for winter.
This spring, I want to make a few purchases that will make my spring and summer closet more versatile. I have a feeling that a lot of these pieces will be sold out in my size by the time I’m ready to start shopping, but for now I’m just trying to create my vision.
Tops: I’m looking for plain shirts in creams, white, and blues.
Theory Dionelle Sartorial Flared Top |Margot Top in Airy Cotton Pique |Women Drape Camisole | Pleated Hem T-Shirt
Bottoms: I would like to add one basic navy skirt, and one floral skirt to my wardrobe.
Vince Pleated Mini Skirt | Pleated Flared Mini Skirt
Dresses: Dresses are my go-to in the spring and summer. I hope to get one chambray dress, and one printed dress.
Calvin Klein Belted Denim Shirt Dress | Printed Cami Dress
Layers: I have been looking for a good quality light cardigan for the longest time. So far, it has evaded me.
Clare Cardigan Sweater | Cotton Jackie Cardigan Sweater
Accessories: I really want this printed silk scarf, and I really need a pair of wedges.
Vintage Yves Vacarisas Silk Scarf | Matt Benson Neptune Espadrilles
