Tone It Up: 8 Week Nutrition Plan

My sister and I are about to embark on Tone It Up’s 8 Week Nutrition Plan, and we are very, very excited. We are both crazy people who love to work out, so this should be fun.

I’ve been feeling very puffy and undisciplined lately, and I’ve gained weight since I started working full time (sitting IS the new smoking). For me, this is about getting back in shape, losing the 5-10 pounds that I gained, being disciplined, and feeling healthier.

I’m not usually into this type of guided nutrition thing, but I’ve been having so much trouble staying on track lately. When I get home from work, all I want to do is sink my teeth into a burger, plate of pasta, basically anything unhealthy. Tone It Up tells you what to buy when grocery shopping, spells out all of the recipes for each day, and gives you a daily workout. I need that type of guidance. I need someone to tell me what to do, or I won’t do it! Previously, I did youtube workout videos (I love Yoga with Adriene, Body Project, and Blogilates), but I don’t just need someone to tell me how to work out. I need someone to tell me what to eat, too. Unhealthy foods are my biggest weakness.

After reading multiple reviews (this one is super funny and accurate, no detail spared), and after a week of consideration, I finally purchased the Bundle Me Up package. I also purchased a pumpkin spice protein powder, because it was on sale. With the package, you get all of the past nutrition plans and editions, and the Body Love workouts. You do NOT get the exclusive workouts, which bummed me out, but I plan on doing the Body Love workouts and free daily workouts. And the 30 minutes of cardio per day. It’s going to be a lot, but I’m excited!
