I don’t actually like Tone It Up’s Wake Me Up Smoothie, so I decided to create my own! I call it…The C.C.B.B Morning Boost Smoothie.
You’ll need a few basic things:
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
6-10 strawberries
1 handful blueberries
1/2 sliced frozen banana
1 handful spinach
1/4 scoop Perfect Fit vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon honey
