Did anyone used to watch What Not To Wear on TLC? I used to be obsessed with it when I was in high school. It was essentially a makeover show. Carmandy, the makeup artist, used to use the phrase “five minute face.” I still think of this phrase in the morning when I’m getting ready in a rush and need to put my makeup on quickly. These are the products I use to achieve my own “five minute face” — but it ends up being a two minute face most of the time 🙂
BareMinerals Original Foundation: I’ve mentioned this before in my What’s In My Makeup Bag post. I’ve used this powder foundation since high school and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon.
Neutrogena Healthy Skin Pressed Powder: I picked this up in Duane Reade a few weeks ago and I love it. It makes your skin look so healthy — there’s no other way to describe it.
Neutrogena Healthy Skin Sheer Highlighting Brush: Out of all the terrifying beauty trends currently in style, highlighting seems the least intimidating to me. This doesn’t make you look shiny, but it does give you a nice subtle pink/orange glow.
Buxom mascara and BareMinerals Eyeliner palette: This is by far my favorite mascara. I also love BareMinerals’ powder eyeliner, but it looks like they don’t sell it anymore — which horrifies me because I love it.
Thanks for reading!

My five minute no makeup no makeup look: Which is just me staring in the mirror for five minutes saying “you’re soooo good looking”
Really adds some color to the cheeks lol
