Hello everyone! I hope you’re all staying warm this frigid weekend!
I just completed Tone It Up’s 5 Day Detox, and I’m so proud to say that I didn’t have a single slip up! If you don’t already know what Tone It Up is, I would recommend hopping on over to their site. They are essentially two personal trainers, and you can subscribe to their nutrition plan and workouts (the full package costs $$$, but I’ve found it to be well worth it). The 5 Day Detox started in the new year, and was completely free.
Overall, I loved all of the detox recipes. I didn’t ever feel THAT hungry (although I did have some nasty sugar and carb cravings). I wanted to share with you some of my photos of the food, because everything was so colorful and delicious.

Next week I’m beginning the 6 Week Love Your Body Challenge, and I can’t wait!
