I’ve seen a lot of bloggers say this before, and I will say it again: if I had to shop at one store for the rest of my life, it would be Tuckernuck. This isn’t even a sponsored post, yo. If you are looking for classic but fresh pieces, they are the place to go! This weekend they are having their Big Chill Winter Sale (how pertinent — it’s been freezing) and I jumped at the opportunity to scoop up some cozyness before the sale ends.
My winter scarf collection has been pretty stagnant since college — one black scarf, and a ton of plaid. So I decided to get this lovely navy blue blanket scarf to mix things up a bit but still keep it classic. It will go perfectly with my much-worn camel coat, and it can double as a shawl in the fall. AND IT WAS ONLY $25!!! Lately, I’ve been adding a lot of navy to my wardrobe because I LOVE neutrals, but sometimes I want to do something different than my usual black (exactly 24.1% of my closet is black, fyi, which I know because of my obsession with Stylebook — will probably do another post on that closet organization app soon!). Speaking of navy…
I got this gorgeous cotton navy cable knit sweater! I love the versatility of cable knit sweaters, and I think that this one looks so darned classy. I am constantly reaching for my cream and gray cable knits, so I thought I should add navy to the mix.
Recently in this frigid weather, I’ve also been reaching for my gigantic cream-colored turtleneck and wishing that I had more t-necks to choose from! I’ve been eyeing this GORGEOUS black turtleneck since Tuckernuck started carrying it, and decided that today would be the best day to buy it (lowest price yet, with lots of cold winter days to come). I can’t wait to wear this with a gigantic pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses.
Also, I’ve rounded up a bunch more of my favorite from the sale. Happy shopping!!
Thanks for reading!!
