Hello all! I wanted to check in after week one of my (mostly unsuccessful) first week of Tone It Up’s Love Your Body series.
The food this week was absolutely delicious, but I started failing towards the end of the week. These past few days, I’ve been eating a lot of carbs and not working out, and I truly feel horrendous for it. Especially after the 5 Day Detox during the first week of January, when I was feeling totally awake and uber healthy.
I have to acknowledge that not every week is going to be perfect, and this was one of those weeks! I’m not going to beat myself up — I’m just going to pick myself back up and do my very best next week. Tomorrow I’ll be doing my food shopping and meal prep, and I’m feeling optimistic.
