Tone It Up Love Your Body Series | Week Three

For some reason, this week was incredibly difficult for me. Despite eating a TIU-approved diet, I felt horrible and bloated all week. I was feeling very defeated yesterday, but I took my measurements and every single thing went down: my arms, calves, quads, hips, waist — every single thing! That gave me just the boost and motivation I needed for the upcoming week.
