Hello! I came out swinging this week of the Love Your Body Challenge, and the results have been so amazing. My abs are popping and I feel like I’ve done such a good job!

My goal this week was to do a morning or afternoon mindfulness activity every day. This led to lots of morning meditation and journaling, and nighttime yoga and reading. It was lovely, and I’d love to continue doing this.
