I have a confession: this week was the unhealthiest I’ve had in years. YEARS.
There was mac and cheese, chocolate lava cake, multiple cupcakes, a couple of doughnuts, three skipped workouts, pretzel bites, french fries, Italian restaurants, take out, and much, much more! Was it delicious? Yes. Do I regret it? No.
But would I do it again? NO! I ended up feeling like crap this week, and so, so bloated — it was like all of my hard work from the past five weeks just went down the drain. It’s extremely discouraging, but it motivated me to come back so much stronger for next week…the last week of the challenge. I hope to share my measurements on the blog, so that is another level of motivation.
Even though this week was bad, I did manage to sneak in some healthy foods. Like always, here are some of my favorites.
