Today, I thought I’d share my meal plan for this upcoming week. I really love reading these sorts of posts when other people write them, so I thought I’d share my own.

Day One
Breakfast: Peach Raspberry Breakfast Bowl; Morning Snack: Almond Yogurt with Granola; Lunch: Raw Brussel Sprout Salad with Turkey Meatballs; Afternoon Snack: Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies; Dinner: Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos
Day Two
Breakfast: Egg Scramble with Veggies; Morning Snack: Almond Yogurt with Granola; Lunch: Leftover Chili Lime Shrimp Tacos; Afternoon Snack: Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies; Dinner: Crunchy Veggie Medley
Day Three
Breakfast: Peach Raspberry Breakfast Bowl; Morning Snack: Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies; Lunch: Raw Brussel Sprout Salad with Turkey Meatballs; Afternoon Snack: Kale Chips and Guacamole; Dinner: Crunchy Veggie Medley
Day Four
Breakfast: Egg Scramble with Veggies; Morning Snack: Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies; Lunch: Raw Brussel Sprout Salad with Turkey Meatballs; Afternoon Snack: Kale Chips and Guacamole; Dinner: Guacamole Quinoa Salad
Day Five
Breakfast: Peach Raspberry Breakfast Bowl; Morning Snack: I always have a doughnut on Saturday at work as a treat!; Lunch: I always go out to a salad bar during work on Saturdays; Afternoon Snack: None – I’m usually full from the doughnut; Dinner: Italian Stuffed Eggplant
Day Six
Breakfast: Egg Scramble with Veggies; Morning Snack: None – I usually have a late breakfast on the weekend so I’m still full; Lunch: My boyfriend and I usually go out for brunch!; Afternoon Snack: None – still full!; Dinner: Guacamole Quinoa Salad
Day Seven – this day is all about leftovers
Breakfast: Peach Raspberry Breakfast Bowl; Morning Snack: None – I usually have a late breakfast on the weekend so I’m still full; Lunch: Leftovers salad; Afternoon Snack: None – still full!; Dinner: Leftovers sauté
