Week three is DONE! This was my worst week yet, but I managed to get back on track after about three days.
Nutrition: My temptation this week came in the form of a gigantic Costco birthday cake at work. It was in the fridge all week, torturing me, and I definitely caved in a couple of times. I also had eggplant ravioli. It was all so good, and I’m not going to beat myself up for eating delicious food. It’s just a matter of getting back on track! I’m sure I’ll have a hot dog and a cupcake tonight for Memorial Day, and that’s fine with me too. As long as I’m working out and jumping back into the nutrition plan tomorrow.

Workouts: We’re back at doing 3 rounds of 15 reps per move, which I love (instead of 2 rounds of 25). But the workouts were really difficult for me this week. Hopefully I’ll feel better next week?
Mind: This week was fine in terms of mental health. I was in a good mood with Memorial Day weekend on the horizon. I didn’t have a chance to do the meditation at all, but that’s okay…maybe I’ll try that tomorrow!
Results: Not seeing results this week — I’m pretty bloated again from all of the cake — but I FEEL really, really amazing. It’s like a clearness that I can’t explain! I think it might be all of the vitamins, minerals, and sunshine that I’ve been getting.
