Is everyone having an excellent start to June? I hope so.
Today I’m sharing my 11th Stitch Fix review! I’m honestly a little underwhelmed by this fix. I truly thought my new stylist and I were vibing based on my last fix…but maybe not anymore!
For this fix, like every single other fix I’ve ever had, I asked for classic and timeless pieces. I don’t know how many times I have to use the words classic and timeless before any of my stylists fully understand what that means (I’m looking at you too, Trunk Club!) I also requested items for two upcoming trips: clothes for museum hopping, outdoor meals, and walking trails.
I’m starting to get a little sad that I’ve never had a 5/5 fix where I loved everything.
WHAT IS STITCH FIX?
Please feel free to use my referral link here!! Stitch Fix is an online personal shopping service! It’s actually quite simple. You are matched with a personal stylist and they send you a box with five items whenever you need, but you can request recurring boxes (the options are seasonal, every couple of months, once a month, and every 2-3 weeks). There is a styling fee of $20 per box, which is credited to anything you purchase. It is free to return anything you don’t want or need! I’m planning on writing a more in depth post about the styling, checkout, and return process soon, so stay tuned for that! To sign up, you can visit Stitch Fix’s website and take the free style quiz.
WHAT I GOT
Daniel Rainn Savona Woven Ruffle Detail Knit Top ($54) — RETURNED: NOOOOOO!!!!! This trendy ruffle sleeve is the exact sort of thing that I want to avoid right now. This is cute and I like the idea of it, but I’m really trying to avoid buying things at the height of their trendiness. I also hated the gigantic ruffle in the back. They cut me at the widest part of my shoulders, making them look wider.
Loveappella Cameryn Brushed Knit Maxi Skirt ($48) — RETURNED: NONONONONONONO!!!! This is an example of something I would never wear in a million years! How is this classic? How is this timeless? NOOOO!!!! I really hate this. Not for me!
Toms Rosa Suede Heel ($100) — RETURNED: These were my favorite in the box. I liked the neutral color and the heel, but I did’t like the straps. I didn’t like the stitching or how wide they were at the top.
Urban Expressions Nicky Top Handle Satchel ($68) — RETURNED: I specifically requested that I don’t receive any faux leather in my style profile, so I don’t know why I got this. Also, the bag was really bulky and not my style at all.
Gilli Anwen Jersey Dress ($64) — RETURNED: How many times do I have to say I don’t like cap sleeves? Doesn’t Stitch Fix keep records on that sort of thing? Also, wrap dresses are always way too low cut on me, always!! The v necks are always at mid-chest on my petite frame. I don’t want to go around flashing everyone.
Fingers crossed that my next box will be a better fit for me! I just don’t feel like myself in these clothes.

You are way too picky, the whole point is to try new styles that are out of your comfort zone or habitual purchases. You never know if you will like something until you try it.

I heard Kayla and Alexandria were good stylists. Try requesting them! Yeah this fix was horrible!
