Hello! I promised I’d check in with what I ended up keeping from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. This year was sort of a bust!
You can find my original post here. I only ended up keeping the white 1901 sweater cardigan, which is absolutely fantastic. The quality is great, it’s warm, and I cannot wait until it’s cool enough to wear it! It matches almost everything in my closet as well.
The red Cole Haan flats were very strange in person. First of all, they are extremely painful on the inside ridge, which is something I’ve never experienced before. While they fit comfortably besides that, there was a very odd gap at the back of the shoes that made them look too big. It was really weird. I decided that I’ll continue looking for another pair of red flats instead of settling.
And last but not least: my search for the perfect pair of white jeans continues, because these honestly weren’t the best. They felt very comfortable, but they pulled a lot so it wasn’t a good look. This is the third summer in a row (!!!) where I haven’t been able to find white jeans!
Thanks for reading!
Not sure if these aren’t as high-end as what you are looking for, but you could check out Hollister for the white jeans. We have the opposite problem–you’re short and I’m tall–but I like Hollister pants because they have so many variations on hip size and leg length.
